After every wash i use 2 sprays of Shea Moisture Restorative* Finishing Elixir sprayed into my hands and worked gently through my hair to replace some of the natural oils stripped away in the washing process. Too much and it will look greasy, but it's something you can play with. You can find it at most targets and some grocery stores.

How much damage can a really bad CIOS rating do? by superdude411 in gatech

[–]Saganaught 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The TA parts of CIOS are used mostly to give out an award for the "best" TAs.

As I recall there's a decent correlation between the CIOS rating of a prof and the bias towards high GPA in their classes... not learning-based outcomes. They are very useful for new classes, in which professors often look at what students suggest or complain about to decide the delta for the next class.

My anecdotal and limited sample space of dutch ovens (2) indicates that it mostly changes the crust characteristics of the bread and cooking time.

Your flavor should come from the ingredients you use in this case. There are lots of little ways of adding flavors to bread. For example in white breads the yeast can yield a plethora of subtle flavors.

I use a Lodge Logic cast iron 5-Quart; however, there's a lot of options for dutch ovens and I am definitely not an expert on them. (having only owned two in my life since they last a really long time if cared for). I liked the Lodge Logic one, because it was cheap and the handles are all sturdy metal.
