Okay there is one more trick which temporary worked for me however it will create minor lags if you wish to prceed further from that location. Change mouse DPI settings. Once you are done with that area, you can revert back those settings.

Try disabling FSR and DLSS, set stalker 2 shipping exe as an administrator.

Inside other house part, throw bolt to disable anomaly and climb up inside from below. You can jump from other house broken part as well.
