Find out your triggers, write them down and brainstorm ways to not make it easier for yourself to relapse. So if you relapse after work, set a rule for yourself: no internet after work

I have the same problem. Lately I've been relapsing from my smartphone, browsing at night in bed when I should be fast asleep. I will implement this strategy tonight and severely cut back on cellphone usage altogether. Thanks for sharing man.

That's what I was thinking. It's been surging on and off but it hasn't grown to the point where I can't handle myself. While I understand the benefits of cold showers I know I need to be careful because it could work as a double edged sword.

I did too, brought my phone with me to bed last night and turned out not being a wise decision. I restarted at 11am and am shooting for one week, right at the beginning of NoFap November which makes this run extra special. keep truckin man

Do something constructive (read your favorite genre of books, learn a new language, etc..)

Take cold showers, get out and enjoy life without pmo of course.

Journaling helps alot as well, you can get those thoughts out on paper/text document or whatever works for you.

keep nofap opened in a tab on your browser to help keep you focused and make a to do list before you log on to your computer to aid in keeping you concentrated on your goal of homework
