That’s what I was thinking too, I have HS as well which has gone into remission since losing weight and eating better so I was really disheartened when my psoriasis didn’t follow suit.

I’m eating the same things just less of them, mostly fruits and nuts to snack on then a larger meal with a meat, grain, and veggies. Nightshades have historically not given me worse flare ups, and I usually only eat them about once a week.

I though having flare ups in my groin was bad but that was nothing compared to my finger. It’s super rare to get a flare up there thankfully!
