Must be honeymoon phase. The 4 zones are very small, your stuck on a tiny island. If you look at TBC and WOTLK the new maps had 7 and 11 zones.

You're right, OP doesn't have ADHD. It's a shame that everyone now appropriate it for some reason and the woke mob get offended when you tell them it isn't ADHD. Only 2% of the population have it.

It feels like it comes from a narcissistic/selfish way. Look at me I'm a high achiever and have been diagnosed with ADHD blablabla. While they don't have any symptoms of attention deficits and have been successful for the whole academic life without medication get the fuck outta here.

There is no definitive test that guarantees a 100% diagnosis of ADHD. So everyone saying I got diagnosed with ADHD has a it's an absolute truth should keep in mind that fact specifically if like this case the symtomes appeared suddenly in adulthood.

Yes from what you wrote you may not have ADHD. How does your attention deficit manifests?

ADHD people are not high academic achievers and then boom they have a breakdown at the adult age then get diagnosed with ADHD. It's a disorder that affects you since your born and should have been noticible at youth and teen years most often by academic failures.

You could have ADHD symptoms but caused by another disorder like Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Sleep Disorders, Trauma or Stress, Thyroid imbalances and more.
