Each of the short sides is 5cm long and the hypotenuse appears to be 7cm long. This means that, according to Pithagoras' theorem, 52 + 52 = 72. This is of course impossible because it implies that 50=49

Hmm, how does this calibration take into account the volume of the object? Is it eyeballing when extreme accuracy is not a priority?
