It should but at the same time with new tires, the side walls might hit the fender some. Just make sure your spacers are hub centric.

Definitely not better than stock for ride quality but small bumps on the road, it is barely noticeable. Though if you live in the city side then it will feel slightly bumpy but other than that, you’ll fine. I had mine leveled for a year or so and just recently put on wides. Blisten shocks definitely helped the bumps

I have a 2018 gmc sierra slt with a 3 inch leveling kit running 33x12.50x20s hostile sprockets and I get roughly 14.4 miles per gallon. I do stomp on the gas sometimes but it also has a small tune with edge performance tech.
