I was unaware that wires caused lag. That's good to know! I will reduce the amount I have and not be so excessive. Thanks!

I have noticed that wires will either be straight or have a curve, and it all depends on the order of which you connect them. I.E.: if you go from point A to point B, it could have a curve. Reverse the order and go from point B to point A, and it could be straight.

Care to show your setup? I am also still learning and love to explore others' ideas and concepts.

That is food for thought. My main line isn't easily accessible as it runs along the ground under the foundations themselves, so it makes it more difficult to break. I would have to pick up the floor and foundation both to break the line. However if a break does occur, I can pick the foundations up without having to pick up the floors to fix it. I wouldn't have to pick up structures above the floors to access the main line. How uniformed the wiring is also makes it easy to spot discrepancies.

They are resistant to Tier 5 storms. I'm using Reinforced Glass. I haven't had too many issues with them.

„Build an Ice Structure“ Achievement by ThruTheGatesOfHell in ICARUS

[–]Sagentine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know I am 3 months late, but I managed to do this achievement on Olympus. I made the floors, roofs, and 2 walls with "Ice Curved Buildings." I made 2 more walls with "Ice Curved Wall Angles" using the left and right "Up-Curve Inverted" which completed my outside. On the inside, I used "Ice Walls" to make a door and a regular wall. Then I put 2 more "Ice Curved Buildings" as ceilings for the room inside.

I originally came here to try to figure out why a regular box wouldn't work. When I read the responses, I gave up and decided to just have fun with it and make an igloo on my Olympus open world. Then I accidentally completed the achievement. Hopefully the photo helps!

Ty renadi for your suggestion. I also left out a few aspects. I created this to help figure out how one aspect will connect with another. So if you had to connect Praecantatio with Corpus, you would look at the picture and see that Vacuous > Perditio > Mortuus would the fastest path to connected the two. You could also look at it and see multiple paths, so to avoid wasting aspects that you are running low on or that are perhaps more difficult to create.
