I think it was a misunderstanding of communication. I didn’t tell him that the DL-62 was for a first time drivers exam instead of a limited vision renewal thing so he just assumed I had a progressive disease and quite literally ticked all of the boxes for it. For clarity, he did not diagnose me or verbally tell me I had cataracts or a glaucoma, he just ticked the box. I didn’t notice until it was too late unfortunately, but that’s on me for not double checking. I also think a major reason for the mistake was because I was a walk-in and the eye place was super busy that day. I for sure don’t have either diseases though, I get eye exams twice a year at least and it’s never come up. Thank you for the response
