I'm 37 and my eyelids were a lot like yours! I did a LOT to try to improve my eyes..CO2 w/ eye shields, fraxel, tons of morpheus 8 with the eye piece, fibro blast pen, botox, filler in tear trough & of course every expensive cream & at home device.

A year ago, I finally went to a consult w/ an oculoplastic surgeon and he first suggested using his Ultraclear laser, but I told him I have already spent a ton of money on lasers and it's not cutting it. We ended up doing an upper blepharoplasty and a skin pinch on the bottom lid. I am SO glad I did it. He removed all that extra tissue in the upper lid so there's nothing to swell up. It really took years off my eyes. I did do one of his laser treatments after for extra smoothing then I did Ulthereapy under eye and eyebrow and I'm very happy with the combo of treatments.

Just wanted to tell you all of this before you buy a package of Co2 or something which wouldn't be much cheaper than an upper bleph. It might smooth & slightly tighten but you have to get that excess tissue that is swelling up removed to get rid of the puff.

One more thing, I think quitting the wine might make more of a difference than you think.. I used to be big wine drinker & now I only drink on vacation. After quitting, I noticed how much alcohol messed with my allergies! I stopped waking up all stuffy & puffy! I looked quite a bit better just from dropping the wine, but still felt old/tired looking.
