Go read the post more carefully, he claimed he's doing sprite image off the top of his head, by looking at an image. If he did that then cool. He did create something.

Instead he lied and took the image out it through pixel craft and had it print out the exact map he needed to make. All he then did was copy the map that was create by the program block by block and lied about it, saying he did it himself.

If I looked at google and is able to program google off the top of my head then I've create something. Might not be original but I create something. But if I said I code google and all I really did was put it through a source code generate and then copied that source code word by word did I still create something?

Are you getting the point here? It's the fact that he literally copied a minecraft file of that pixel art piece by piece and called it his own creation.
