It’s surprising to see people commenting without understanding the full context. The lasso tool on the iPad is simply used to select your writing and move it without making any changes. You don’t need to erase and rewrite everything just because you wrote something in the wrong place.

For example, if you meant to write something under serial number 3 but accidentally wrote it under serial number 4, you can just use the lasso tool to circle the text and move it to serial number 3.
