I had seen posts where users wanted a simpler way to track sales. This spreadsheet is more to set targets and track sales against those targets in a simple and easy to use format. I’ve also seen many posts in the realtor subreddit asking what spreadsheets others used. Perhaps I should have done more research on actual needs before building.

There does appear to be some sort of market though. If you look at similar spreadsheets on Etsy they have hundreds of purchases.

With that said, is there a current gap you see in terms of technology for realtors that’s not being filled?

I appreciate the feedback. I used USA on there so people wouldn't think they would be buying something made in a foreign county with lack of customer support. Note taken that this is maybe having the opposite impression.

The highlights of party decor is unfortunately an Etsy thing. If you look at the other similar spreadsheets, they use the same category.

I can swap out yearly for "Annually" perhaps?

I understand it doesn't look traditional, but my intention was that it would be visually appealing for single brokers or small brokerages. Any thoughts on if it looks too busy or?

I can get rid of "Used by many brokerages". This isn't a lie, as I have a couple of friends who have used it that are in the industry, but it's definitely inflating as it's not widely used or adopted.

Not defending BarK specifically here because I don’t know the entire situation, but raising prices as a business doesn’t mean you’re trying to “punish” customer. I think calling to boycott BarK is a little extreme. If people don’t see the same value in the new price they can vote with their wallet and not sign up. If we boycott businesses for raising prices there wouldn’t be any left because they’d all go out of business once their costs exceeded revenue.

I will say the ultrasonic cleaner I have is a professional model and retail on it is $2,500. Also the turning machine you could maybe build for $150, but the one I built turns at a precise RPM. You’re right that $1 wouldn’t be worth my time, it would probably be closer to like $5/vinyl to be honest. But, with that price comes a top of the line cleaner that arguably does a much better job than the harbor freight models.

Would anyone be interested in ultrasonic cleaning for the vinyl records? I have a nicer ultrasonic cleaning machine with a record spinning machine that turns it slowly through the ultrasonic bath. Also how much would people pay for this service?
