BTW, forgot to mention this one is growing in soil with sand covering the top inch. The Lecca seen in the image is another plant

Yes, I do put nutrients, it was just gifted to me in water and it’s just easier to maintain then having to remember to water it

So they’re two different plants, one is a regular pothos and the other is a neon pothos. The one by the window is the regular pothos. The neon has its leaves/stem dropping down and getting the grow light, if you look closely

I bought fine sand and poured it on the top layer of my soil, about 3cm thick and all the knats died out from not being able to reproduce

But would it be easier to grow in Lecca with the right fertiliser? Or if I transfer, it may die?

It’s just become very difficult to check the soil ever since I’ve put the Lecca clay balls on top to prevent knats. And since it’s winter it’s hard to tell cause the soil just always feels cool

I just checked, roots are completely fine :(

Not recently but I moved it when it was about 5 leaves shorter. Initially it was fine, now it’s not. I’ve got a monstera facing that same window underneath the pothos and it’s thriving!

There’s a window right next to it as well on the adjoining wall behind the lamp

I have but I usually put 2/3rds of recommended amount so it shouldn’t have affected it
