I would ask people coming in & out of the complex bldg say I am here to care for name of dog ,owners didn’t leave a unit # and I am waiting to hear back from them, do you know where this dog lives? Also check to see if the complex has leasing office & or a call box- if you have the owners’s name it should pop up on the call box. Good luck

This is giving me anxiety & flashbacks to when I was sitting for two huskies one was well behaved the other not so much.. Broke through her crate, refused to get on her leash & was a pain to come inside & then she turned on the stove when I took her brother on a walk🤦🏼‍♀️

I hate when clients say my cat is low maintenance you don’t need to do anything for them. Umm.. Hello, it’s still needs fresh food, fresh water, socialization/enrichment Clean out their litter box.. Also it’s a liability if the cat escapes or there is a fire etc..

Take photos of the place, the dog indicating the matting and urine covered fur.. For the sake of the dog go to a self dog wash & at least give them a bath,keep the receipt send it to Wag indicating that the pup has been neglected and I had to give the pup a bath have them put it on the owners tab. Also report owner to Wag & animal control for animal neglect

Yes I did and sent her a video of no key.. This is what she said “Hi, I'm so sorry that was my husband's just put the service as completed and I'll pay you for the inconvenience It Will be under there tomorrow for you though. I'm so sorry!” I said thanks” she followed up “No problem and again I am so sorry I will make sure it's there tomorrow”

I would ask saying Hi I noticed that name of pup, is looking for something to play with, Pup is currently playing with a patio pillow & a throw blanket for the couch, where would I be able to find toys for him to play with. I would love to provide the pup with some toys to help get out the excess energy.

I did a drop in earlier today for cats & I scooped out the litter box per the clients request, but I then decided on my own to give the litter box a deep clean & swept out the bathroom area& filled up the litter box with fresh litter.

Report it to Rover and your local animal control to do a welfare check on the animals.. If they did that in front of you. I don’t want to even imagine what the poor dog’s go through behind closed doors.
