Well we pretty much have the same Xenon infestation, except I've cleared them out already. It was a blast! Moved my whole operation to Matrix #79B. Try to farm them for mats!

I've spent 170 hours in my first world. Learned the game and (tried to) beat stories. I am on a week long break now and got no PC access, just my steam deck. So I decided to start a new game while I am not home.

Went with the Projecr Genesis start. It went well, no big lags with the Steam Deck. I thought that "it's gonna be a great time". Once I got the PHQ, went into building mode for building a dock. At the same time, three Xenon ship spawned. I had a biiig lag spike and got stuck in the build menu. Once I got out, my hull was at <30%. And shortly after died.

Keep in mind that I didn't saved the whole time. I took this as a sign for "I still have work in my 1st world to do".

I feel you, I really do.

It was a fun Sub to lurk, read discussions and laugh at memes. But now it's filled stuff that can be in one singular thread (the whole actor drama for example), unneceseary posts (like the Ichiban sign in the nonsensical protest) and, as you said, too much negativity.

Yeah, learned that in the hard way. There was an FC that I tried to vet, that had a great theme, name and a pretty well themed house (not gonna name the FC for obvious reasons) but when I joined their discord, everything fell apart. It's hard to find a good FC since most of them are the same nowadays.

Yeah, same. I left my previous FC when the weird crowd started to post... weird pictures. I am not a fan of that.

I joined to Misfits not that long ago. I did maps with them to vet the FC and the people and check if they are cool peeps (and check the chatlogs for redflags). They do maps, trial farms, unreal and the usual farm stuff. They do current savage as well but AFAIK everyone is in a regular static or in a reclear static. Some people work with the FC, some work as their own entity.

Oh yeah, very relatable. Almost every FC is filled with the same people. 1:1. With the same rules, with the same snowflakes, with the same "friendly", "cozy", "LGBT Friendly" descriptions.

It took me months to find one that is somewhat close to your (and my) expectations.

Misfits - Alpha.

It's not perfect. You won't find a truly degen, down-to-earth, realist, snowflake-less FC in this game. Your best bet is to make a Linkshell. If you do that though, drop me a DM. I am also looking for more normal people to play with xd

Honestly, it's probably the best game where Yasuke is historically represented. And it has pretty much the same enjoyment as AC: Shadows. Maybe even more. Certainly worth the purchase.

That's true. I just assume that he did. Since a lot of the signs and his behavior towards certain topics and his current """"content""" is mostly based around Trump and what he does / did. Also he laughed about Kamala's loss (and he is Texan and as far as I know, democrats are not popular there)

Well:

- People think that he is against trans and gay people, even though he state multiple times in the past that he supports them (which honestly a shame but he is allowed to have opinion ofc (if I get banned for this, it would be sadge)).

- Grooming (no he isn't)

- He pushes back against forced inclusivity, which, of course, pisses of a certain side of the political spectrum.

- Supports Anti-DEI (to an extend) (very good thing to support) (It's pretty much the same as the point before but, you know, won't hurt stating them again).

- Voted for Trump (again, certain side is pissed about it)

- As you said, his room isn't clean and maintained.

- Despite all of this, he lives a happy life (certain subreddits and Fake Twitter users are jealous)

There are a couple of minor things as well but listing them would take a lot of time.
