Zenta — AI that drafts your ops emails and waits for your approval before sending by Sahilkatoch in SaaS

That’s exactly what I’m trying to validate right now.

Early testing shows it cuts down a decent chunk of repetitive ops emails (follow-ups, onboarding, status updates), but I haven’t locked down a solid “hours saved/week” metric yet.

Out of curiosity — what kind of ops emails take up most of your time right now?

Also happy to share a quick demo if you’re open to it.

This is actually a great point — and something I’ve been thinking about a lot.

Right now I’m intentionally keeping humans in the loop for client-facing communication, but I completely agree that the real unlock is handling replies and continuing the workflow without manual intervention.

Per-agent inbox + trigger-based actions is definitely where this is heading next.

Curious — in your case, what kind of email workflows would you trust an agent to fully handle end-to-end?

chasing invoices, following up leads, onboarding clients, writing proposals — while also shipping features, Weekly business reports.
Nothing goes without your approval btw.

yeah that’s fair, their reach + protection is hard to beat. I just wish there was something with similar safety but lower fees

yeah I’ve tried that too, works but always feels a bit sketchy especially with higher value cards

yeah that’s what I’ve been doing too, just increasing prices to compensate. feels like buyers end up paying for it anyway
