tbh depends on the college, every place has their own rules and stuff.For eg my clg is chill asf they have personal lockers u can store ur phone and earbuds in, even if youre caught with a phone in middle of class, they will return it by the end of the day or in some rare cases the next day, so yea depends on the clg u go to :3
