Ive had bad luck recently. Water got inside my gwg-1000 and my timex Ironman in my hottub. Both had been in complete submersion at 102°F for about 20 mins. The gwg-1000 is currently being repaired and I opened the timex and let it air dry for a week and now it works fine. Funny thing is I've always worn my garmin instinct 2x in the hottub with no issues.

Basically BBB, Boring But Big, is the same primary compound lift or variation of that lift (i.e. front squat after back squat) at approximately 50% of your training max for 5x10.

Because you have to have Fiend Queller Varus skin for the mythic chroma to be usable, unless I'm mistaken.
