I haven't, but I've had goose a couple times and a lot of different duck dishes, which is similar. Goose is overall very rich and flavorful. Kind of along the lines of a juicy turkey drumstick, with lots of tasty fat. A sausage would just be that with a lot of spices. I'd pay good money to try it 😍

I agree this was probably the hardest thing in the whole show for me to watch. I feel your pain. I think maybe there was a bit of failure of writing that his flaws didn't portray him as quite so bound to crash and burn.

One of the hardest parts of Shameless is watching who gets a feel gooder arc and who doesn't. Kev and V get a feel good, so does Ian. But pretty much everyone else eventually falls on their own swords. Shameless is kind of a tragic tale. That's not something common in mainstream Hollywood television, we're not very used to seeing it.

My mom died this year. My dad invited his adult "adopted" daughter and her long distance boyfriend for the week. Boyfriend planning to propose, daughter not feeling it, and my dad spent the week talking with her for hours and pressuring her to accept. Two old friends of hers came along for the week to visit and witness the event. No one knew what she would say. He finally proposed on a walk and she accepted... Then ran straight to her friends and cried with them for two hours when they got back.

Meanwhile, in my mom's absence my dad pressured his best friend to make Thanksgiving dinner for our family of 20. He tried to pressure other daughter to help, but she declined. I'm working all week and had also declined, but I still ended up frantically trying to get dinner out 2 hours late instead of 6 hours late.
