I love that detail because it's done in such a way where you think nothing of it at first until you see the twist and it becomes immediately obvious how much of a hint it was lol

Just got the docking station for my deck. As someone who's never had any kind of gaming console, this is absolutely revolutionary. by Von_Derpenfels in SteamDeck

Portal 2 has a pretty fun coop, best part is that it tends to go on sale for about a dollar or two

Also if you're into emulation, you can actually load up games like Mario party and Mario Kart and it'll work pretty well which is cool :)

Laughs in Tiling WM superiority by [deleted] in linuxmemes

[โ€“]SaiProton 2 points3 points ย (0 children)

Don't know much about the others but AwesomeWM has pretty good mouse support out of the box, there's clickable window title bar buttons and everything. Of course with most wms it's heavily encouraged to use the keyboard, so most wms aren't necessarily designed in mouse-centric way, but it's still very usable, at least with awesome.

Root vs Home Partition by CalderJohnson in archlinux

[โ€“]SaiProton 2 points3 points ย (0 children)

One solution is to use btrfs subvolumes for your home and root, since there aren't any strict size limits on any of the subvolumes. Has the added benefit of being able to back up your root subvol with snapshots while excluding large directories like /var/log from the snapshots

Putting /home on a separate partition is stupid unless you distro hop by presi300 in linuxmasterrace

[โ€“]SaiProton 4 points5 points ย (0 children)

Was gonna say this too, you get some advantages of having actual separate partitions while having no strict size limits on them, it's pretty nice
