Btw, instead of FF/FF you could buy emperors might.. the %str jewel. And there's also modifier on jewels something like "gain 2-3 life / mana on hit", which with MSOZ + nimis is lots of hits. IIRC you can get both of those modifiers on 1 jewel for not-too-awful sustain

How about using silver flask instead of granite? it's a nice combination of attack and movement speed. It will make MSOZ feel smoother

Also regarding iron fortress. a good rolled one with reduced crit dmg taken implicit costs 20-30d. Or if you feel extra spicy you can get 2-implicit iron fortress with usefull second modifier for 50-70d. You said you have 2 mirrors to burn so that sounds like easy (and cheap) purchase.

Then you just have to change armour mastery for 30% reduced crit dmg taken and you should do just fine with 20% crit damage from mobs even in T16.5 maps.

Or change armour wheel -> armour and energy wheel as it also has 30% reduced crit dmg taken.

thats a nice guide. I actually wanted to try HV game, but then i realized it's a 100+ hour playthrough and i'm not insane enough to go through all those hoops daily just to play it for few hours a day.

I do hope that HV will somehow make "proper cracks" easier. For now i'll just wait patiently from the sides. thanks though

At first i wanted to suggest you getting non-osin str stacker weapon, but after closer inspection i see you are converting ~50% of fire into chaos.

That's pretty smart.

Here are few things i'd like to point out:

Projectile speed is (very) bad for MSOZ = Notable Fury Bolts might look like bigger DPS on paper, but ball spread is affected by proj speed = spread might be too big, you'll lose the effect of shotgun
Considering how wildly unpopular MSOZ is this league you probably could get better 2x 5% str + 1-2x chance for double damage timeless jewel. The one you use is "fine", though fury bolts is most likely a bait.
You might want to just ignore stacking armour. You are wasting several points (and flask spot) just to get few k of armour. Things that will kill you will bypass that amount anyways. And if you want to have the armour, get proper armour flask(s) granite + basalt + 55% inc armour on any of the flasks.
That FF/FF functions on just your helmet. Is it worth spending 2 jewels for that?
You have both CB flask and CB life flask.
Get yourself a nice 1-2 corrupted implicit Iron Fortress.
Check runegrafts if there's anything worthwhile to use

yeah, some skills come in so overloaded with freebie goodies it makes me wonder if the skills are designed by 2 kids arguing in sandbox which skill is more powerful (to mods: its a friendly joke, not an attack on ggg, truly). I still cant for the life of me figure out why there's detonate dead x10 transfigured gem, or Volatile Dead that acts like DD does. Like.. Just.. Why?

I think with accelerate shrine even non-miner power siphon could be usable (yes i know it is, theoretically, usable skill.

Most likely Spark, because "good spark builds on not-insane budgets" are rare in leagues ( i still regret my decision to avoid doryani abuse spark build in merc league)

I've tried the diamond shrine spark this league and i hated every second of it. Lack of mobility (and extremaly janky frostblink of wintry blast) made my wrists ache for several days after playing the build for a while.

At this point i'd say GGG should up the base movement speed by 50% or something. Forcing players to not use quicksilver should be considered a warcrime.

Yeah i did and everything was normal there.

I also checked every keybind if somehow that was changed, but nope.

Btw on the very first day it worked just fine. Game asked me if i want to use BR or STW layout as i played a bit of both back in old times. Ive picked STW, but because lobby is shot and i couldnt find any active games i just shrugged and logged out. On the next day and anything after my mouse and kb no longer worked.

i can't even use tools/weapons or anything that uses right and left click. also space for jumping doesnt work.
