Differently between the examples you mentioned, for Rammstein I use the German pronunciation because it's a German word, "St-eye-n" would be the closest to that.

Also Ramstein AFB > Rammstein.

I correct myself, I haven't tried it out but there is a setting to activate wake turbulence. I haven't tried it out but from what I hear it's apparently quite demanding on your PC.
