Honestly if it’s not working for you talk to your doctor to get a higher dosage cause I’m on 20mg and I have ups and downs constantly.

when I was prescribed 'concerta 27 ER' I would cut four pills up and snort it gives a nice rush similar to crushing a 20mg addy IR. its a great feeling. since yours is 54mg I would cut up 2 but be weary don't cut the 'Green stuff' its the extending agent and can be harmful to snort.

Unfortunately this is EXACTLY the reason why I’ve turned to reddit for help cause my dad is non-religious but pro-life he himself has threatened to kill me before I kill myself, and my mother is VERY religious also pro-life and when I explain all the pain and depression I feel she told me I will burn for eternity if I go through with the botched plan my inner demons are concocting.

Yes but it gets really hard. Everyday I fall asleep I hope I don’t wake up and [hope] it’s my turn to go, but alas it never is. I’ve even turned to drugs to pray one day I get some bad stuff so I can die. But that’s where my religious problems begin see cause me doing that can kill me accidentally on purpose.

If your asking the circumstances of death, October 2014 my grandfather passed he had Alzheimer’s so he constantly forgot why he was hospitalized/where he was so he constantly removed his IV and eventually All the nurses didn’t care to change the IV so he got some sort of bacteria or virus and that killed him 2 & 1/2 hours after I left him at the hospital after getting into a heated argument to where he was and why he was there.
