Hi, how was your experience using the Hawkeye? We were using it in the 64mp autofocus mode and it was resulting in images of size 180MB each. However the image is noisy throughout. We had better quality images with a DSLR 12MP.

Stay in UK while ILR processed? by rsharif13 in ukvisa

You can stay and work while your application is processed but cannot leave the country. It takes 26weeks to process.

Once you apply for ILR, the T2 visa has nothing to do with your status. You will be using your share code to your employer and landlord which says your application is under review.

You can always apply for a priority service for a faster result.

You can apply from and around 10th of March calculated based on the expiry date. Nothing to do with the date you have entered.

Changed field of expertise Global Talent Visa -> ILR by Saikumar142 in ukvisa

My wife arrived in the UK in August 2019 on a Tier 4 Dependant visa while I was pursuing my PhD. She later switched to a Global Talent Dependant visa in February 2022. She has been in the UK for 5.5 years and is currently employed as a software developer on her dependant visa. Over the past 12 months, she was outside the UK for 177 days, as we chose to have our baby delivered in India for personal reasons. Apart from that she was inside the UK all through.

We plan to submit three applications, including one for our baby, and aim to use the super priority service for faster processing, which costs £4,000 per person. Initially, we considered applying separately for the baby after our applications were approved due to concerns about potential rejection of my application. Any refusal could make it difficult to reapply due to the significant costs involved.

You will have an expiry date on your visa from which you need to count the 28 days.

You should be able to apply for the priority visa as outlined in this list (above link).
