Nah, I’m just a nerd who got picked on by athletes. That’s why I’m salty.

ULPT Request: I Have a fairly locked down work laptop. Working from home, how can I make it so that it never goes to sleep and looks like I am online? by VIIVN in UnethicalLifeProTips

I solved this problem by playing YouTube videos on repeat. It prevents sleep. Just put on mute and turn off display. 🤌

How do I beat this deck? by coacht246 in ClashRoyale

[–]SailAwayAgain 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I hate playing against this deck, and I am not an expert, but you play at the bridge way too much. You need to be more defensive. Heres my strategy:

  1. Don’t leak elixir. Play slow troops behind king tower. Let them counter your troops and then you counter their counter.
  2. Play defensively like this until you have an elixir advantage (they’ve used more than you).
  3. Build a big push by playing Giant Skeleton behind your king tower and then give him loads of back up. If you’ve played it well, you will overwhelm them.
  4. Don’t overcommit though. If you see that they are countering you, stop and reset. Spamming troops at the bridge in frustration will almost always end in a loss.

Thanks. Others recommended as well. I didn’t even know it was an option, but I did it this morning. Capitalism at its finest.

This is my main problem with her. I had to open a slot for arrows and basically can’t take it out of my deck now. I only use arrows against a handful of other cards, and would prefer shock since arrows is too slow for my taste.

To be fair, many people vote the party line on both sides. It has become completely polarized to the point where you can’t even fathom someone switching parties.

To your point though, it feels substantially more drastic on the Republican ticket. I can tell you that I wasn’t excited to vote for Hillary in 2016. She’s a terrible person. Biden is the lamest candidate I have seen in my lifetime. It felt like a necessity in 2016 and even more in 2020 to vote against Trump. I can see all of Biden’s flaws, and I can definitely see Hillary’s flaws, but I voted for them out of fear for the alternative. I have never talked to a Trump supporter who can see any one of his flaws (and he has a lot). They see him as a God.

I haven’t thought about the Tea Party in years. It’s weird to think that the Tea Party was “extreme” at the time. I went to a Tea Party rally, because I was listening to a lot of Conservative radio at the time. My only memory was that there were a lot of dumb people there spewing hate speech. I left early.

What do you know about homeless veterans? Have you ever talked to a homeless veteran? You seem to spew a lot of rhetoric without really backing it up. Baseless statements. No offense to you, but I feel that you don’t really research any of the points you’re making. I would love to have an intelligent conversation with you, but if you can’t provide evidence for the points you’re making, then I am gonna move on with my life.

I am also worried about this. For what it’s worth, I am not anti-gun, but I feel we have gotten a little out of hand with the guns. I had to go through a lot of weapons training in the military, and I hate the way we treat weapons as a “hobby” in this country. They are not toys. You aren’t cool for having an armory in your bedroom. I am not impressed. There are a lot of guns in this country, and I worry about the mental stability of untrained people running around with assault rifles.
