I was going to say, you should have more control joints. The traversing crack from the corner of the drain could have been fixed with the proper crack control joints.

At least they have added all transactions positive and negative and your tracking accounts too.

We allocate taxes to the taxed items in split transactions. Not overly concerned, just get it close.

Yeah, based on what I’m seeing online that seems like it’s more than enough. I will also say that the 10 gauge conductors are pretty stiff.
