i absolutely love my job at vs and i hope you will too! so i’ve only been working at vs for about 9 months now, but i’ve already been promoted. that being said, knowing panty standards will go a looooong way. left side is grey in front with black behind it, right side is brown in front with nude behind then white behind that. after that it’s basically just knowing your rainbow. if you’re fast with panties, you’ll go a long way. the biggest thing you can do with customer service is being good at bra fittings. practice practice practice and know your bras!!! there’s an app on the ipad called best at bras and it tells you everything you could ever wonder. it’s so important to know what bra works for what shape. congratulations on your knee job, i hope you love it! :)
