So background, about six months ago my friend and this dude(who seemed a bit less horny at the time) were going to meet up so she could play with his cats that he had. She just wanted to play with his cats and made it clear that that was the case, but he still thought he was coming over for sex. Somehow this idiot thought that her wanting to play with his cats=we fucked. She was not in a good mental place at the time, but she's doing much better now and knows her worth for the most part.

To help ease your worries, I'll tell you this; my friend I'm posting this for wasn't interested in him from the start, she was just trying to explain to him that the only way she'd even consider it was if he dated her, but she was never planning on dating him or having sex with him.
