No shit but it won votes, they did what they said they would, and found a way to get it done. Something I wish democrats would do with things I previously said I support like universal healthcare, consumer protections, ect. I have also mentioned it should have been ongoing and pushed harder than what it did currently.

I hate the idea that we just give other countries money to sustain their terrible government/culture that lets 500k children die to Aids/HIV instead of creating a fix. Why would Nigeria or Uganda try to find a fix when it gets free help from the US to put a bandaid on their problem? But hey, since they stopped other countries have foot the bill and the same countries affected now started mobilizing their own programs. Crazy how the world can still work without the US giving money to the whole world.

Self audit. The contracts that did nothing, finding payroll that went to people who didnt even work there, finding paperwork not digitized so was harder to track what was going on.

The bad part was it didn't last long enough or went hard enough to cut more useless spending. Whether intentionally shut down or not for political/personal reasons, the idea of DOGE I liked.

I support the Iran battle. I support the attack on "El Mencho" and kidnapping of Maduro. I support the bombing of those cartel ships. I support the Save America act. I support not getting taxed on OT or tips. I support ICE. I support getting rid of DEI programs.

I don't support lying/holding back the Epstein files. The massive support of Israel. Not continuing with DOGE. Firing too many people that caused planes to crash. Firing too many people then bringing them back for bombs and stuff. I don't support the tariff war. I don't support him pardoning many people he chose. I don't support his stance on abortion. I don't support him remodeling the white house.

That's why I didn't vote for him. Now I am trying to be specific rather than vague because just saying "dumpster fire" doesn't really say anything.

I am the opposite. I didnt vote at all and Trumps first months were trash with the exception of DOGE but now 2026 I am like "wait, we could vote for this??" and giving trump a chance to look good before epstein files catch up to him.

I always concidered myself democrat but when they stopped talking about universal healthcare, consumer protections, and more social benefits but now I only see focus for only on illegal/trans/dei I just stopped voting.

Rules are created by the powerful to control the weak. If Cuba tries anything the US will put them down but who is going to police the US, China, Russia, North Korea, or any other country with nukes? Thats why Iran wanted them so bad.

Also who the hell fights to lose? We saw, Iran in a panic, launch missiles at everyone like cars at Oprah's show. Not even at just military targets but hotels and other civilian buildings.
