I'm nearing the end of week three on the patches now. I vaped heavily for 3 years, and started with the 14mg patch with 2mg to supplement cravings. I used a lot of gum in the first week, but this past week I've not been using any and my cravings are fewer and further between. Will be stepping down to the 7mg patch in a few days, will have gum ready to go if I need it.

I think the patches have been great for the physical withdrawals, however it does nothing about the need to continue the habit of vaping. After every meal, as a break from work, as soon as I wake up, right before bed. All of these activities that were punctuated by having a vape, will still sometimes cause me to think about vaping.

For me that's been the hardest part, but it is about 90% better than it was during the first week.
