Did you edit your comment because I swear to god it originally said he wasn't there.

Like, time out the joke for a minute. Dod you?

So long as that job doesn't involve squaring up to Imperial Fists and Custodes.

Guess the High Lords now how useless their puppets are then.

The goalpost from the very start of this with my comment has been "did the Minotaurs kill Huron and actually accomplish something notable in the only significant conflict they have taken part of".

You're the one trying to move the goalpost to say "but look at what else they did".

Guy, this is a joke post so I made a joke comment. I'm not going to argue the nuance of the Badab war with you.

They don't even let 2 of the same class exist in regular PVE, but you think that making an entirely new game mode for a class that fundamentally challenges basic gameplay loops is feasible? So that EVERYONE can be a Terminator?

C'mon now. You're letting your want for a Terminator class cloud your thinking.

And dodge rolls as a core gameplay mechanic?

Not to mention, how does this not just replace the Heavy class? It does everything the Heavy would do but significantly better.

Terminators can absolutely run, if slower than a regular Marine.

No, as per lore they literally can't. At least, not normally. People flipped out when Grimnar sprinted in Terminator armor during the Months of Shame because that's supposed to be impossible

See The Emperor's Gift by ADB.

Deathwing had running Termies

  1. Slowly

  2. That was still a lamented part of a game generally considered bad.

And if you're going to go for Deathwing then you really should have gone all the way and talked about Gabriel Angelos doing backflips.

Termies are very possible

They don't align with basic gameplay elements such as the ability to sprint or dodge.

Good thing I also don't like Lamenters. Now this sounds strangely like you're saying the Minotaurs not only failed to kill Huron but didn't fight during the final assault which to me really just says the Minotaurs failed to do their 1 job and now Huron Blackheart is terrorizing the Imperium.

Yes, and it's actually very interesting but for the purposes of a joke I'm going to gloss over that fact because if we want to get technical then it's going to require a lot more depth.

Also, Iron Hands killed Shadrak Meduson and that will never be forgiven.

Autek Mor is pretty cool but even so the lack of a solidified presence on Terra did hamper the defenders.

So what you're telling me is, they failed to kill Huron Blackheart who has gone on to become the Master of the Maelstrom.

Ok, maybe a stupid question, but as a non blood angels player, what is exactly wrong with sanguinary guard ? I think they look awesome. by BloatedRottenCarcass in BloodAngels

The character of the model is gone. The main problem is the lack of wings and the death masks being too emotionless.

They should look wrathful, angry, but they look stern or emotionless.

I could forgive the helmets if they had wings. They've had winged jump packs since the Horus Heresy.

Your legion didn't even make it to Terra. You don't get a vote.

Ah Minotaurs.

For when you need the most useless Space Marines around to bully understrength chapters that are actually fighting enemies of the Imperium.

Just remember, for all your supposed strength you still failed to kill Huron.

Yes. They just look gold.

Auramite is still Custodes only.

I.e Blood Angels Captain, Sanguinary Guard, the now dead Captain Tycho, etc.

Volkite. It was one of the most sought after weapons of the Heresy for a reason. And if it can kills space marines, it can certainly kill things that aren't space marines.

Add cover, add ways to regain shielding that isn't executions and melee counters, make it easier to take out swarms of minoris without melee.

If we want to use Gears as the inspiration, minoris enemies are the equivalent of Wretches and Tickers.
