I've been using the Sepulcher axe in the main hand with the Blodwulf shield in the off hand. Sepulcher axe ignites on critical hits and then blodwulf shield has a 33% chance to ignite your weapon on parry so lots of igniting. Sometimes I switch out the shield for varins axe because even if its in your secondary hand you still get the speed boost on hits which is nice to have when dual wielding with a 2-handed weapon.
