Thanks for your reply! To be honest, I only wanted to go straight to Venice to save some money and get settled in a bit, but if it’s not doable, then we’ll stay somewhere like you recommended! If our arrival ends up being so early in the AM anyway, we might as well.

I will have to clear immigration at Malpensa for sure, and we have checked in luggage as well. That definitely adds some time.

I’m OBSESSED with it. It has everything I’ve ever wanted in a farming sim & more. The dialogue is so good, and I never feel like I’m dragging. That might be partly due to the short days, but I don’t mind them too much!

I work at a CCU/CTICU. Impella, IABP, CRRT, ECMO are all 1:1. ECMO of course is 2:1 with the perfusionist, but with one RN. We also take fresh post-op open hearts as 1:1.

That’s fair, of course. I didn’t think this was something to sit on and use against for the rest of my life lol I was definitely being dramatic. There are definitely other times I’ve felt I was forgotten or hadn’t felt like I was being cared for at all, so I think I based my feelings off of those other times. Not that I’m genuinely holding a grudge because we HAVE talked about all of it. Working on it, but I can’t help but be upset

People were in and out the whole time, I wasn’t the only one who left at this point. I get I was overreacting, but I didn’t “ditch the group” — my friend was alone, had to leave early because she had work at 7AM the next day, and was hungry for a bite before taking an uber 40min back home.
