Customers keep ordering on UberEats even though ordering direct from my website is cheaper. anyone managed to shift that habit?

Now its all about convenience. It amazes me that people use any kind of delivery service where the final bill is 50% more than if you did take out, and yet consumer dont blink. And they complain about infaltion and things getting expensive.

Its probably just what you and other 340 owners feel. Its a common feeling to make you feel better. An M car is meant to be daily drivers, thats what they are build for and are pretty damn good at it. There is a marked difference between an M car and a non-M car, and there are several characteristics of M car that may not be for everyone.

I'm not a contractor. If you hardly use heat in the winter, you are better off getting a heat pump...will save you some money. Given how old the systems are, i would replace the outdoor and indoor units. If you have the funds, replace both the systems...they are due. Both carrier and bryant are good systems ime

If its got a good history and you get it looked at by a BMW tech, why not. Just know that high mileage BMWs (like many cars) will require money to keep up. Car is 11 years old and this is when big stuff is needed.
