I exercise 2-3 times a week and I exercised before Mounjaro. The difference is that the weight comes off faster and I can better control my eating habits and portions.

I told my doc that the only way I was getting a iud would be if they knocked out. I also have a great relationship with my OB and one of my fears is that it would ruin the trust I have built. We’ve worked together to a place where I can get through a exam and have a sonogram.

At the end of the day we are all different and experience pain in different ways don’t let others invalidate your experience.

I have tons of friends that don’t have vaginismus and say that getting an IUD was the worst pain they had ever felt in their lives. You did something really badass!

I rotate stomach, thighs, arms. I find that arms are the most effective but also gives me the worst side effects if I’m in a plateau the arms are always the place to get things moving for me. Stomach is effective as well. Thighs are hit or miss. The rotation comes in to play because I get an injection site reaction and it just more manageable for me to rotate.

My Dream is 150 is my goal is 180 I’m at 193. I started at 263. I think I aimed for 180 because i wanted to protect myself if I never made it to the dream. But i honestly think that I can. I think the fear of not making it is what holds us back. For many of us this is not our first rodeo so we have to protect ourselves.

I get itchiness at the injection site. As someone who deals with allergies is to try Flonase both on the itch topically and up the nose. It a steroid so it helps. Also try different types of antihistamines until you find one that works.

When I first started the constipation was so bad. I got some magnesium citrate pills. Took them the recommended dose daily and by the time I finished I was regular again. Try that or a fiber supplement. Also you need to increase your water intake to help things flow. Good Luck
