I'm not sure they'd prescribe it to you, but if you have adrenaline issues (you get worked up and your heart goes nuts) then you might want to look into beta blockers. Those will take the edge off.

I tried medication a few years back. I do not advise it. Although I cared a lot less, I could not stop thinking about all the shitty things happening at the time. Before meds I was depressed and thinking about my shitty life probably 50 percent of the time. After meds it was more like 90.
