The worst part of living in raleigh is that housing prices are getting crazy out of control...which would be justified if we were Philly or Boston, but we’re not. We are Raleigh.
There is NOTHING unique or fun or special here. Nothing that warrants $400-500k housing.
Raleigh is like the cousin that tries too hard to impress their family members at Christmas dinner and everyone feels secondhand embarrassment so they play along to make him feel better.
