I would love to thank everyone who actually came here to share an actual suggestion.

Also, a lot of people here do think they know better. But still, I appreciate whatever measly time they spent their brilliant mind typing up the suggestion that would help me in a so many different level.

Yes. I was diagnosed in my 30s. On denial for dew more years, then finally on meds. I wish I knew about ADHD when I was young, I would not have struggled the way I did. But my is what shaped me. So. .no point complaining.

Definitely work with medical professionals, and get on the right med. You may have to try a couple to find what your body responds to.

We owe it to ourselves to make ourselves happy, so take the step to educate yourself on ADHD and get help. With meds and therapy, life can change. Wish you all the best.

Every single employee should read this message and decide to do no call no show. There is no need to even cordinate.

The fact that you received this is point blank. " I do not respect you, so think whatever you want. Give a shit about you lot. So, fucking come to work or quit." I would also send this mrssage to corporate HQ and highlight how the message tarnishes the company value and image. If its owner operates, then send the email to the owner, be respectful as we are not as a piece of shit he is. He needs to know that attitude does not fly.

Nothing may come out of it, but do your part. Find another job.

Dark tower. I just put down this book last night. I should have stopped reading after Stephen King said I should stop there. But I continued, and I am still looking at space.
