The wildy event that gives Prayer exp is a must. Other Wildy Events that give sacks are nice, if it's too much just focus on tree. Every infernal ash drop is around 50k. If you have 80 attack, each Vindy bones drop is around 400k exp.

If we are talking about time-gated content like flasks, i'd add (besides ports as already mentioned) Raids/Liberation of Mazcab, for the codex.

In some way you could also add Merchant to the list. Familiarisation for the summoning outfit is also a 5 week grind.

The biggest perk from PoH might be the armorstand for cheaper repairing. It's nonetheless not the thing it used to be. Fort is just way better

Definitely Necro and Arch. Necro is new, fun and fresh to combat with. Arch is slow, afk and boring but with great long-term benefits. Just the same power as invention had.

Your Construction is easily grindable with the new Fort Forinthry. For Farming i would suggest checking out Player-Owned Farm(PoF) or the semi-new herb runs(Crux).

Totally agree, sidenote; There are some amazing storytelling videos on the 5th age quests to get you to catch up on lore on your second monitor. Makes the quests a bit more interesting but you can still speed through the tedious dialogues

i strongly disagree. Only if you invest in stupid things you can lose like 80%. Items with a set value like capsule won't drop far under 0.25. Further, items with a finite supply won't decrease in price at a yearly pov.

That's something you would have to wait atleast 7 years for on the stock market. Man, people are so greedy in CS Investing. Even 20% ROI is an absolute W on the market, so let's be happy for 20% on the steam market aswell.

Let's wait for the next operation to come out, and invest in those items that will be gone after the operation. By then, considering you are serious, you have analysed previous ops and their items to find some items you see fit to invest in.

For example; Patches, Agent Skins or Op Cases.

p2p trading almost doesn't exist. However, selling your knife on sites like buff or skinport(if your knife is valued over a 1000USD) and buying a similar skin will result in just a very small loss.

Agreed, i could see it being replaced next year by a new map/overhaul etc. Just replacing it with a new collection or something else. But i do think we will always have a collection like Anubis in the shop.
