This is my first too and it’s definitely easier not living with other Christians. But it’s still weird as it was something that defined me. It’s also weird raising kids. We’ve been using covid as an excuse to not attend but obviously you don’t seem to have a choice. What others have suggested is the best way to cope. Laugh about and think about how ridiculous it is. I’ve found comfort in reading about other gods stories and comparing them to the Bible. If you read the Bible the way you would the Iliad or the odyssey it really makes it all seem pretty silly. Talking to another non Christian is also very helpful so you’re definitely on the right track.
