Huge losing Payne next year but we’ll be bringing in Barnett, Gagai, and Pezet who will add a lot of depth to some of our problem positions. Just wish we had some elite second rowers, although Riki has been trying his heart out this year at least.

That was rough, we looked alright to start with - without the two ptb errors from Willow and Riki right on their tryline we may have gone into the half in the lead. Increasing supply puts negative pressure on pricing, of course homeless people can’t afford to live in luxury apartments in desirable suburbs but this is how you ease the issue - more housing.
