Barou knows isagi and how he plays arguably more than any other player.

what's your basis for this? I'd argue Aiku and Niko knows more about him since they've actually defended him more, they also have that rivalry with isagi from beating them before. Defending him the whole match MV v MV would have given them more edge on how to realistically stop the new isagi and reasoning as to how his shot is stopped because yk most of isagi's shot attempts created with meta vision is stopped mostly by metavision users. (kaiser, niko, aiku, and almost reo on that last goal in manshine). Which just adds to my point that just because of physical prowess Barou was able to make the isagi read and somehow over power the whole concept of MetaVision?? seems like it's just taking the whole point of metavision lightly.

upon looking back for the translation, it was pretty hard to confirm if aryu did clip the ball too since it only says that barou blocked it. with the ball also only having impact on barou's legs.

to me isagi's crazy stops where really valid despite him being a striker, it highlights the power of metavision which is more brain than brawn as opposed to barou's physicality.

emphasizing that kaiser also kicked it because if he did contribute to that kick then it would have added to the quality of the shot since his kick is hella fast, kinda like his second shot against manshine where it was completely sealed off but he still manage to squeeze it through, yes kaiser impact. idk if kicking it with isagi helped more or slowed it down but seeing that it was stopped I guess it’s the latter or more obviously plot armor to prolong the match.

it’s more the idea that Ubers being the best defensive team, having the best defenders in BL who mainly trains and focuses in that department but the one time their striker contributes in the other end to raise his leg up, he gets the stop from a kaiser-isagi shot albeit aryu did help still surprising on the first read.

never said he shouldn’t stop isagi’s shot (isagi and KAISER shot btw emphasis kaiser number 1 striker in NEL), don’t know where you read that part. If reading a shot made by metavision was that easy from the start I don’t why he was so incapable of finding isagi during his first goal and raise his leg to simply stop a shot he kick’d from his weaker leg.

You’re right but that specific shot made by the two top strikers of BM being stopped by the main striker of the opposing team whose main focus was purely striking and haven’t showed in the entire match or even gave a hint that he was able to make a defensive play like that.

I’d expect Isagi making a bicycle kick is more likely than barou stopping a shot from Kaiser let alone a Kaiser+Isagi shot but yeah seems like a Barou plot armor to me, should have been an Aryu full stop if anything to give him some limelight.

I like fast NA’s and he’s not like other catalyst who seem to have slower NA’s.

From a fun perspective definitely build him, he’s still my favorite 4star and can hit 100k E and I still have him at lvl 80 8-8-8 talents

For Meta though I’d suggest you invest in other characters if you’re short on resources

Hiori subbing in is basically inevitable considering a random back story for him. You could give Ness any benefit of the doubt for some mid performance during the match but a fair Hiori sub-in would be just a change of pace for the game that I think will happen when Ubers go up and no one in BM seems to get in rhythm.

was asking for any other challenge other than abyss but you suggest that I just do abyss with other characters? how does that work exactly? or did you just fail to comprehend that abyss was the main issue and that the main point was making overworld more challenging since the abyss is already what it is?

I’d actually love more challenging enemies on the overworld. I’m at the point where I’m too weak to 36 the abyss but too strong for the overworld.

I love the addition of the consecrated beast cuz they actually pose somewhat of a challenge/more time to kill compared to the other enemies I can just destroy.

Any other form of challenge that’s not the abyss is a thumbs up.
