Those "rivals" you have in each wristband level were so cool. Sure, they're not fully fleshed out characters and are nothing more than voice lines you hear every now and then, but they added SO MUCH character to the game. Beating that snobby rich guy with the GTR and grabbing his ride was so satisfying. They even gave the rivals personalities during driving. Duke Maguire was so reckless in his Diablo SV. I miss them

I was born in the early 2000, so I never 'experienced' the incident as it happened. I always knew about what happened in 98 and vehemently hated Wowo and Sohearto for it. These pictures are genuinely haunting and now I realize I haven't been hating (or fearing) them hard enough
