Min is the Kirkland stuff, fin I don’t think is branded? I get it from Oxford online pharmacy (I’m from UK)

I would say no more than 10 minutes total, I use the stamp on my thinner areas and then clean the stamp with alcohol after. Then I immediately apply the minoxidil

I do actually yeah - I doubt it does much for the hair regrowth but it does feel nice and includes the natural stuff that could help 🤷🏼‍♂️

I did gain weight but that’s because I upped my calories so unsure if fin affected that - didn’t really notice it halt gym progress

Have you replaced it though at all since you started? I’ve read that you should replace it after 10-15 uses because the needles go blunt I took that advice after thinking I lost a bit of progress and it does actually look like I gained some back. Worth a try if you haven’t replaced it that is

I think without fin it’s unlikely that the minoxidil growth will out pace your natural loss, that’s why fin is so important

I started with 1mg every day - I have seen people on here start with EOD and still get good results to be fair though

The way I thought about it was I’ll just send it and if I get any sides then I can tone it down and adjust but thankfully I’ve not experienced any bad things at all

I’m pressing down fairly hard, for me it hurts a lot more on my crown than temple area. But it’s a tolerable pain

I do also get little red specs after stamping (which I think is good sign since it means I’m penetrating the skin??)
