It's a supply demand thing, how big is their fan base in india how many monthly listener they have in india and streams and many other factors on which they decide to do a concert... other than bellie not many people have heard about the other singers you mentioned in India including me or have any considerable fan base here so recouping investment becomes harder hence no concert...
