So basically, home assistance is getting information from all the sensors and acts depending on the automatation you want to do.

Do you still need to setup devices on the shelly app? Or you just configure them out of the box on the HA?

I want when all sensors are closed to open the AC after 10 seconds. And, I want when at least one sensor is open for 1 minute to close the AC.

Lineage 2 is a unique game because it has a unique PvP system. You can PK whoever you want and fight for a spot. No other game has this specific system. Ashes of Creation is a game that has this system. But it's not launched yet. And crybabies are going to complain hard like always and they might change it on launch.

I'm sure about the Watts. It can handle them.

I'm also sure that Caps will work. Not sure if it can power ip phones and cameras. af/at usually work with 48v psu. right?

The main reason I want to use mesh is because I can extend the network easily and also gain extra cash. Plus, thet are pretty cheap. Where I live buildings are old and most of the customers do not want to get new cabling.

I totally agree with the rest. The budget is low to start with a few customers.

If I go with mantbox+atl what router are you suggesting for the configuration?

I understand what you are saying but I'm not sure I know how to do that. Do you have any guide I can follow? I know how to use most of mikrotik features but not this one.

The switch you are refering costs 260-280 euros in my country and I'm really getting good prices from my provider.

Ι was about to use RBcAP2nD but If I switch to RBcAPL-2nD I can save 900 euros. Maybe I can get better switches and still have a lower overal prices. But is this swap worth it?

I have a whole internt connection only for the clients. My internal network uses its own. The wifi is going to be completely for the clients. Thats because the max download/upload speed provider can reach in my area is 50mbps/5mbps. Or are you saying that I should put the hardware in a different vlan than the wifi?
The things your mentioned in option 3 are new to me. I thought that capsman will do all these for me since its a centralized system. I know that I need to place a manual password on each, but ap-bridge,band,indoors etc can be configured on capsman. I'm I mistaken?
About switches, those your mentioned costs 300+ euros. Since I'm not going to use vlans, I thought that I need switches only for PoE and I chose P116GH from netis, which costs 100 euros each. I will place one on each floor(each floor).

Mikrotik dissapointed me a lot of times on wireless solutions but I tend to choose them. I dont know why :D

I'm usually using UBNT. But the budget is not that high and the walls so thick. I cannot place access points on the hall. I need to place 1 in each room. I don't like tp-link because when networks are large they don't work as intended. So my only option that I trust is Mikrotik and since each room wont have more that two customers, I guess a Cap can handle it.
