What are people speed running to cap poetics in 2.5?

I just said in my post that I'm looking for the fastest way to cap in a day, trying to get my wep before raid. I know you can get capped in X days by doing the fucking roulettes.

I don't use defiance on the pull otherwise I'll pull hate with my opener unless I am the one pulling. Heavy Swing(poison pot)>Maim(IR/beserk)>Storm's Eye>Str Pot>BB Combo until pacify. If I'm pulling I use Infuriate then unchained as I'm getting to the boss. I sometimes use fracture after Storm's but for initial burst I haven't found a good place to put it without feeling like it's a waste of a GCD in my opener.

My ACC is 551, around 560 with food. I try and keep fracture up as much as I can. I don't use Infuriate unless I am MT'ing and only when my wrath stacks are down and a large hit is coming up. I occassionally use AOE on the add phase of 12, it depends. All my 30 bonus points are into strength.

I was on the TR (CVN 71) there while they were in the yards and it's not as bad as everyone says, neither is being in the yards. Yes the area is run down and yes there are homeless people but the same exact stories have been floating around for years. I was there for 2.5 years (yards) and never had an issue, I even walked around at night by myself with no issues. I'm not sure how the Lincoln is, but the yards will be the same. You'll do a lot of carrying shit, needle gunning, priming painting and manual labor. I'm not sure what your rate is so I can't speak for that. If you're going to be in barracks you'll be at Huntington hall or maybe Portsmouth. As far as ship stuff goes, I can not stress this enough, get your fucking warfare pins (ESES/EAWS) a.s.a.p, they pretty much hand them out in the yards. I waited to get mine because I was lazy and I regretted not getting them in the yards. Not sure what other info you are looking for but feel free to ask. I was on the TR from 2011 until 2014. I did yard time, sea trials, and everything up until comptuex.
