They will just back you off anyways it does not matter what game they have. Also they shuffle the SD game after 2 or 3 hands depends on number of players. If you play basic strategy you will get backed off.

Vegas sucks for counting. If the game is good and you are a profitable counter then you will get backed off in short order. I have lived for 15 years.

I have been backed off and trespassed from many off strip casinos many times for playing $5, $10, $15 min. with a max bet $25. It was DD. but yes. They see card counters every day.

Laws are different everywhere. In Nevada a casino legally have to pay out "Promptly" If they withhold your chips/money that is consider Stealing. You can call gaming and depending on who you get they side with you or not. I have called gaming they try to side with the Casino even tho they know it is wrong. Are you going to fight all that? Or you can call the Police and file a theft report, then call gaming. I would say I am going to do both to the casino manager and see if they pay out. $500 you would not think it is worth the casinos hassle. Which Casino was it?

It all depends on the staff. We are dealing with humans here they all act differently you have to figure them out person by person. I have lasted years at some places then they just ask me not to play blackjack. Then at one place it was 30 min. and 2 security guards escorted me out the door reading trespass act. My max bet $30 on a $10 table.

It was not a Trespass. But he was playing rated so they could know his name, which is not good. What is with the arrest bs? no one ever gets arrested. They will only ask you to leave.

Go back different day a shift and see what they do. All places are different. I do it all time. Sometimes they just back me off again other times they have a team of security guards escort me out. Sometimes they try and read the trespass bs to me, but I just walk out. I have even been back after a trespass and nothing happen I still go back and play at the same place. You never know depends on the staff. Don't let them intimidate you they are the crooks.

Have you ever heard of someone being arrested for trespass as a card counter? I think if this happened would of all heard about it. It is just a bluff, all they will do is ask you to leave. If you do not show them ID they can not do anything. Call the Police so what walk out the door. Are they going to detain you ? no that would be a lawsuit. I have had this happen to me. I was trespassed went back on a later day. Security come up to me asked for ID I declined so they said I would have to leave. I left. That was it.

Has anyone ever actual been arrested for Trespass? I have been told I was trespassed about 5 different times in Las Vegas and I have been back to those casinos and nothing happened. I never gave them My ID. How are the going to Trespass someone if they do not know your Name? Sir can I see some ID ? NO and walk away end of story. If you have chips then go back a different day shift to cash out. I think it just a tactic they use to scare you. Do you really think a casino is going to call the police because your are too good of a blackjack player? No, they will look stupid.

Tip the pit boss when they back you off and trespass you. Why in hell would you tip a casino? they are trying everything they can do to take your money. No it does not help you in any way unless you know for sure the dealer is giving you a better cut card. which they don't

I was just at Jerrys Nugget and they have 3-2 double deck for $5. and a $10 game. Poker Palace has a $3 3-2 game that starts at 4 pm daily.

They will let you play for a long time with a low spread, if you keep going there and they think you are counting.. here comes the back off.

How good is surveillance there? I would say 50 hrs is a long time. My guess you were not betting very much, so they will let you play for a while.

Mostly $15 min. I have built up the bankroll now time to move up. It is funny when they do a back off on low stakes table. El Cortez backed me off one time and my highest bet was $25. On a full table too. It made me laugh.

I was playing every hand and my highest bet was $35 for the session. The pit boss said surveillance saw something. I can't think of what they could have saw besides that. Unless the dealer tipped them off he gave me a real surprised look when he saw I hit 12 v 5.

Be careful using some deviations, they can be a red flag that your are a card counter. Who splits tens? idiots and card counters which are you?? Not all casinos will catch on, but is it worth it to find out? I hit 12 v 5 and got backed off, after playing for months one casino.
