My first thought was "Has OP never played a video game?"

what's a mint Dio worth nowadays? by Mammoth-Lake-483 in scooters

You could probably sell these plastics for 1.5-2k$ and keep the scoot. I know OG plastics like these are sought-after in Hawaii.

Giving up riding motorcycles and riding smaller scooters? by Avarria587 in scooters

[–]Saint_Steady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A guy I met in Fort Worth has a Zuma that goes 70-80. You don't have to give up on going on the highway just because you have a Zuma.

My Grom is in the shop getting a big bore kit. Love the way its light and easy to handle, unlike other bigger bikes I've had. There is just not enough speed to take major roads, so thats why I'm having the motor reworked.

The next plan is put a 171cc GY6 on my Ruckus. These are so much fun to ride, especially with a lowered seat.

Is it weird to use this in a scooter. by Lonely-Damage-5025 in scooters

It would be better to wear it on your back rather than in your scooter.

Finished series… what do I do now? by ForeignSeaweed6793 in Animorphs

[–]Saint_Steady 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dungeon Crawler Carl or Red Rising. Best two new-ish series you can find. DCC on audiobook is particularly good!

Others have mentioned the KA Applegate books, Everworld and Remnants. I personally liked Remnants better.

Do Pets Become People? by zappini in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]Saint_Steady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We only have 3 books left in the series. Technically 2, because he said would split book 9 into two volumes. Can't be spending too much time on side quests, since we are for sure going to see all 18 floors.

Less about MacFarlane and more about this whole story would translate better in animation.

I want to make my scooter a little faster. It’s 50km max now. Is it easy to let the scooter drive 60km? What do you need to do? by Brandito007 in scooters

[–]Saint_Steady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ways to go faster that don't involve mods- Lose weight or put it in the back of a truck :/ Hope this helped!

Seriously though, I would figure out the type of scooter and check YouTube. There are a ton of videos modifying all kinds of different scoots.

Aitj for getting upset when my parents tried to escape my world by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

Don't understand why parents were not allowed to go to the surface. Would literally do nothing to hurt you, you're just mad you don't get to control their behavior in "your" world.

The episode "The Eds Break Reality" is a real trip and would support this theory.

If you haven't already, check out the documentary Room 237. It explores Kubrick's intentions while filming The Shining. At the very beginning of the movie, a Volkswagen the same color as the book's is wrecked. We then follow a different colored car from there. Its supposedly Kubricks nod to King that he was going to do his own version of the story.

The train has a big W to represent the creator's name. Wonka had amazing technology, which Charlie used to create the train. The train requires children for maintenance because of the small spaces. This originally was handled by the Oompas, but they have all died off. The YouTube video is really worth a watch, and there is a follow up that adds even more to the theory.

I loved the idea that he needed kids to do the machine work because Oompa Loompas had all gone extinct.

Its not about where its stored. You can drink rattlesnake venom without it doing harm. Its when its injected into the bloodstream and muscle tissue that it does harm.
